The concert features new works by James David performed by CSU faculty members and the CSU Percussion Ensemble:

▪ Matthew Scheffelmann, horn

▪ Joel Bacon, piano

▪ Forest Greenhough, bass

▪ Shilo Stroman, drums

▪ Eric Hollenbeck, director

Works written result of diverse inspirations

Each work is written for remarkably different forces with diverse inspirations including allusions to John Coltrane, heavy metal, East African folk music, Led Zeppelin, and Hungarian composer György Ligeti.

The performance will be followed by a Meet the Artist Reception.
